I agree CBS. The 24 was a shortened business day as today will be as well. Given the holiday period between the 24th of Dec and the 1st of January an individual filing insider trades could merely say that due to the holiday season and as a result of reduced staffing levels our filing is a few days late. I think Monday Jan 4th is probably the earliest we see the the filing of exercised shares. Just my opinion. Happy New Year to everyone and I wish you all a very prosperous 2016!! ValueHunter
