Get your tickets early, the scalper will be rampant for the 1998 production of "Ancorpse." As one reviewer stated. The story was superior as well as exciting but miscasting, poor directing, production problems overshadowed what otherwise had the potential to be smash hit, putting in jeopardy the longevity of the production. However, with a new cast and director, lowered expectations and some additional funding from The Angels on Broadway the reviewers are looking forward to see if this story can become one of those timeless classics that come along once every so often or dissappear into the obscurity of occasional off braodway revival productions.
Though the show was sometimes painful to watch,I stayed through to the last act and was even able to purchase some additional excellent seats at a reduced price. Time will tell whether this production of Ancorpse will be playing to a 1/2 empty house or an SRO crowd. The movie rights are in turnaround and earliest possibilities for getting a movie version completed is in 2000.

Hope you all have a nice holiday, and special
good wishes to the ANCR longs, Ed

Well, I guess "hot product" to me means a company making a lot of money from a product that is high in demand (i.e. Iomega's Zip drive). I did not see anyone make a lot of money from Fiber Channel products in 1997.
