Look, T, I have followed the company for a long time. I truly think comments like this: Until the valuation reflects an understandable rationale that includes all the parts of EZCH, the deal should be blocked. ...are wrong. I can't help but consider that not all is as well at EZCH as we were lead to believe in the past..... or they wouldn't have made this deal. As I stated before, I've read what you've written in the past and I completely appreciate your viewpoint with respect to the valuation of this company. At the same time, you are building in a lot of assumptions into your modeling. No reason for me to discount it other than the obvious....it's speculation. I just posted some speculation....that's all it was.
