Reviewed the SEDI report.
When the 60 cent options were granted 5 years ago on Dec 23rd, the insiders reported the transaction on December 29th.

If all remaining options had been exercised (875k), I would have expected Zenyatta to announce that they had received over $500k in gross proceeds.
They were pretty quick to announce a $500k government grant earlier this year.
The silence is deafening.

I don't think there is need to speculate failure anymore then a need to speculate success. I still say the issue is not that the graphite is bad in a petri dish. I think its as good as what others have, I just don't think they can get passed the petri dish stage of processing.
So it may be perfect for Ballard, but really, who cares if they cannot produce it in bulk?
There is a vested interest in Ballard making a big to do about a local seller. They can apply and get grant after grant for saying nice things. I would not be surprised if Ballard signs a tentative agreement that says
If you produce it, we will buy it. Of course it will be under an NDA so pricing will not be revealed. That won't matter even if its a price below what ZEN could produce it for, why? Because its all about optics, its a game.

So the contract gives the stock a pop. Ballard gets more research money. ZEN finds more dummies to PP into and they get to extend the "were almost able to Pilot". There is no immediate death here IMHO
What there is a sustainable draining of shareholders and PPers for at least a year more.

Just my opinion.
