NC, your scenario is also quite plausible as Mustapic is probably the only insider (other than AE and Barry) who knows whether or not the options were exercised. And if I were in his shoes I certainly would be dumping everything (assuming the options were not exercised). I would be thinking, "If the big boyz with the large paycheques don't exercise cheap options, why the hell should I hold shares with the price 50% higher? They obviously expect the price to drop." By selling after Christmas, the capital gains will be recorded in 2016.
