Chief, they don't put real pebbles in a nuclear reactor so I'd say that CCB is not in the running.

From the Chief "hmm you disagree but agree? lol To know about pending contracts for Miller Material that has not been posted in an NR would be a leak. That does not mean its come from CCB offices but perhaps elsewhere....so were saying the same thing. I know Bruce is not a leaker lol Anyone at Idaho Labs, or ORNL that knows they want CCB for the Pebble could easily buy today."

Chief, "Bruce is not a leaker"? No wonder his brow is always furrowed.

Indeed Chief, I guess I was trying to say what you've said in your reply, nothing would have leaked from Canada Carbons end of things.

The scenario regarding sales agreements wouldn't hinge on the economic conclusion of the PEA being known. It would be on the speculation of what a chunky purchase agreement could mean for an explorer making the transition into producer.

All speculation but as they say, there is only one reason to buy and many reasons to sell, lol.
