OK finally got a chance to watch the video, and I must say that is an interesting way to cook a Prime Rib roast. I passed it on to my other 1/2 and he said that is the way he wants to do ours. Looked really good and we're also going to make the au jus. We haven't decided whether to make Yorkshire pudding or not, as we've already made the potatoes au gratin. That should be enough..............but LOVE Yorkshire pudding. ;)
