If the neighbors see the panels being cleaned read a number to call on the truck the contractor can find the one panel job becomes twenty in the same neighbor hood. Cell phones are money creators. Tax end can get complicated for the gov. The provider of the service of panels just gives out the location but the bill is payable to his company. The contractor can end up with ten jobs on the side and the gov definitely needs a VAT as change in business is definitely going to mean a decrease in collection of taxes. The difficulty of eternal currency is you have to be very well educated in the field of how to get and use it.
