Check out the financials on iStar at their homepage. You will notice that they are not making any money either, so I find it interesting that the press release says that " we expect the acquisition to become accretive to EBITDA during late 1998, and to provide a substantial contribution to EBITDA in 1999 and beyond".

I also found it interesting that iStar rejected PSIX original bid using convertible preferred shares yielding 8%, preferring CASH instead. Can't blame PSIX for trying, but iStar must not have too much faith in PSIX shares in the future.

iStar is so small that it will have no effect on the PSIX bottom line, except the outlay of cash from each shareholder's pocket. Thanks William Shrader. Short to Zero.
