Am going to guess that Saudi Arabia shall soon-enough become a failed state even as it is not so much of a state to begin with, and most likely due to unintended consequences of a lot of goings-ons. I do not think it particularly a good idea to deliberately make enemies who seem to single-mindedly mumble two words over and over again but do figure that they should be left on own to sort out amongst themselves as best can. Should the sorting outcome be unsatisfactory, then fix it by sorting out the folks who won, and hard. In the meantime there seems little sense to pole at the hornet's nest.
