Somewhat similar to Arkansas-----the use of access roads is often restricted by the National Forest
Service and blocked to home or property owners.

Each property that adjoins the lands may be restricted in numerous ways.

The other problem can come in due to Bill Clinton providing access to the waterways
of Arkansa to the United Nations--------I lost track of that, as to whether it applies today or not.

My brother who died this A.M. in Arkansas worked along with other residents/citizens held numerous public meetings to get people informed . One of the ways to combat the naysayers is to go back to land and court documents of a 100 years ago. That is one of the things they did.

This is an example of how the Federal level can and does control our land in America within our
individual states..

My brother was a lot like Trump------he knew how to get the information and use it
effectively to combat the departments that wanted to deny him and others
access to their properties they owned.

It may be strange for me to be writing about my brother's actions within such a short time
after his death. That is exactly how he would want it-------being silent is not an option.

As we go through life we learn more than we thought we would ever know.

What a shame that this family had this horrible experience .
