Sandie--Your right on all acounts with the exception that I misquoted what Scott e-mailed to me. I'm not trying to pass the buck here, but Scott had things confused and promptly told me so this AM. I would NEVER pass on any info that I hadn't throughly checked and rechecked with the company. I felt it was my resonsibility to the members of this thread to report what was passed on to me. The good that will come of this is clear and concise press releases in the future and us not jumping to conclusions until we have all the facts. This was the case in the release of the recent filings when many thought that there would be heavy selling by insiders. Now we find out this isn't correct. Your words are good advice for us all. Jan
