Yes, but welfare for major corporations and the wealthy is exactly the sort of welfare which "Working Americans" claim is absolutely essential - one of the primary reasons "Working Americans" are demanding that their retirement benefits be terminated and their children lose their right to an education. Anything they can do to make the wealthiest more comfortable is what they're demanding.
