Whoa! Jackie might have a hidden agenda by recommending SUF. Read tonights Nightly Business Report commentary:

Jonathan Pond On Financial Resolutions For '98

SUZANNE PRATT: In tonight's Money File, financial planner, Jonathan Pond,
says it's time to make some financial resolutions for the New Year.

JONATHAN POND, COMMENTATOR: The New Year is a mere week
away, so it's time for you to start thinking about some New Year's financial
resolutions. Let me suggest five resolutions that may keep you out of trouble and
help you make some financial progress next year. First, avoid following blindly
any investment recommendations made by a financial publication or commentator.
Be sure to do some investigation on your own. Why? Because studies have pretty
consistently shown that most stocks or funds that are recommended in the press
end up underperforming after they're touted. My second suggested resolution is
to avoid the temptation to time the market. Again, if you start following the
predictions of the Wall Street pundents you're bound to get out of the market too
soon, and/or get back in too late. Third, make sure you're insurance coverage is
adequate. A single gap in your insurance could be financially devastating. While
you're at it, see if you can save some money by reducing or eliminating any
insurance coverage that you no longer need. Fourth, help your children become
financially savvy. The allowance is a good place to start. I think teaching kids to
be financially responsible can actually be a money saver because if we're
successful, we won't end up having to support them in our old age. My final
financial resolution is to learn about the new tax rules that take affect this coming
year. While they contain a plethora of tax saving opportunities, the Roth IRA and
the Roth IRA Conversion are particularly advantageous. I'm Jonathan Pond.

Nightly Business Report transcripts are available on-line post-broadcast. The
program is transcribed by FDCH. Updates may be posted at a later date.

I should hope that the First Resolution was read once or twice.
My support for SUF still holds at $10.00, for now.
