Jeff, haven't you had enough slapping yet?

Reg F shares are squeezed out of the treasury like dentifrice until they float to the top, the existing holders become highly diluted and are slapped in the face with a wet fish (preferably a pickled northern pike or walleye, in season), basically it's like having the future unregistered offshore holders owning unconverted senior debutante notes yielding 5 3/8% which can be called (unless the stock closes above 6 3/8 bid for the first twelve Tuesdays after the Cardinals win at home, or Alice Cooper uses a niblick, which ever comes first). Registration is another matter, you have to stand in four different lines at the DMV until called. Life's a bitch. End of story.

Let's hope this settles this stupid issue once and for all and we can all get back to doing whatever it is we should be doing (for those of us that aren't actually paid to do this).

Kevin
