Again, the redundancy of the acquisition process being flawed has been stated over again...,

(And, it still continues..., ?)

The question is very simple:

1. If the acquisition is approved, what will you do with the proceeds ?

or,

2. If EZCH remains independent, will you remain a shareholder of EZCH ?
