I have not seen 1 144 filing on EDGARS for the month of December. Check for yourselves. oct saw some and nov 14 was last as of yesterday. I'll check today. That's 1 month plus With 30 days to go if there was a big prob you would see huge volume of insider sales. Volume has been low except on day of meeting announcement 396k. Loss yesterday was on 96k not much considering the bounce today on under 20k. All buyers today?!!! I'm not disputing what you say, just think there may have been other reasons for sales.
