local conditions ie droughts & civil wars. Not over-population per se.....Very interconnected, sad those millions died, incomprehensible numbers. If not realized yet fully, a population bomb was already detonating as we had seen before from beginnings of industrial revolution on. What did happen from 1968 on, we've seen India double to over 1Bil.

Now all you have to hope for is China not experiencing a hard landing, which is just what it says, much pain that will rain own on everyone.

Funny that it's on the left you see that white racial fear...... lol, yes it is funny but perhaps not later when balance shifts which is already happening . Regardless of a left vs right game, would any of them be more likely to acknowledge these stats of African growth rate an astounding 5% to 33% of world's population? Rising developing nations creates new competition, you have already seen disturbing loss of jobs, middle class dissapearing, yet you think its unrelated. Ok.
