Rich,

While the Yeas have been apparently VERY diligent in taking possesion of shares, the dark shadow looming over the whole scenario is whether management was using this support in the stock to dump some of there shares. They may have done this outright, or through some of the more devious mechanisms out there for locking in profits such as selling your own stock short through a Canadian account, pledging your 144 shares as collateral to cover the position.

This practice was posthumously discovered with the GIFS CEO, but no one had a clue prior to their trading halt. It is the one unknown factor that continues to undermine the credibility of the short squeeze scenario.

However, only the authorities will be able to discover this. BTW, does anyone know where Morgan or Breton live?? It might worthwhile to invite yourself to a drive-by visit. Do they have families?? Wives, minor children?? Having such makes it more difficult, but not impossible, for them to skip the country.

Regards,

Ron
