Merry Christmas: Eddy and all. I found this greeting, in my stocking! Shareholder's Xmas Greetings Dear Shareholder.. I wish to extend to you and your family heartfelt Seasons Greetings. As you are no doubt aware, the value of your shares has increased in the past days and weeks. This communication is to inform you of the events that have occurred and what I am doing to stabilize and strengthen your company. Firstly, let me bring your attention to the published data. Those data are very promising and clearly support your decision to purchase Kensington stock. More validated data are forthcoming. Secondly, I have sought assistance from some of the very best people in the industry to help me rebuild your company. In 1996, a new President was retained to further develop and refine our then very stable company. His vision was to promote the company in other ventures around the world, specifically the China Project. That strategy did not work. He left the company in a state of disarray with a depleted treasury. As a result, Kensington could not withstand the major downward pressure of the Vancouver and world markets. The resultant damage was reflected in a lack of confidence in the market and a drastic slide in the share price. The President resigned and is no longer in any way associated with the company. Upon returning to the company as President, I immediately ensured that all of the company's obligations to its main projects were fulfilled. Today, the company is once again secure and stable in its relationships with its joint venture partners. Those of you who have held the stock for some time will recognize the members of the management team as they, for the most past, are the same team who first made the company a success. They are supported by an additional member who brings proven organizational strength to the team. The management team reports to a reorganized board who bring many industry-specific years of experience to provide guidance and direction. We are making preparations for our operational commitments for the next twelve month period while rebuilding the treasury. We have clearly defined our objectives and are focusing on those activities that will result in a strong, stable and sustainable company. At this lime, I extend my gratitude to my team for the many hours they have taken from their families over the past weeks and months to produce the results we are enjoying today. And most of all, I would like to express deep appreciation to our loyal shareholders who have given us so many words of encouragement and praise over the past weeks. From my family to yours, I wish you Merry Christmas and a very Happy New Year! Sincerely yours, David Stone, President and from Blaine, a MERRY CHRISTMAS TO ALL!
