Yes, but why would he want to be the first POTUS to actually have tears rolling down his cheeks while doing a national speech? Did he really think that would help him get away with illegally making laws? Or is he mentally ill?

I'm not inferring that there is anything wrong with tears, but I am saying that they are, under most circumstances, controllable. Therefore, he had to WANT to make that pathetic, little boy, display yesterday.
