Of course he does - but do you understand the concept of leverage?
China, given a choice between trade with the USA and supporting NK - the choice is obvious.
China is the only country in a position to influence NK to better behavior without engaging in war.

China should be the one wording about that debt not us remember trump said ifg you owe a bank 10000 dollars you are in trouble but if you owe them one billion the bank is in trouble

Trump happens to be right. The Chinese do prop up the Norks....And trade with China is a net negative for the US....we have a very large trade imbalance with China....as for the debt...the Chinese own plenty and they are not going to rock the boat because they want the interest payments.....at some point, when a debtor gets his hand far enough into your pocket....the dynamics of the relationship change and the debtor gets into the driver's seat....
