R Steinberg; Yep, my testimony won a $150 million settlement on a jury trial in Texas a month or so ago. Easy pickings. They will have to fight it for many years as all levels of UIS appeal will be exhausted, and then it will start anew at collection time in Canada. It is an insurance settlement game. With a ten year gight they can put the seed money aside now, and perhaps grow it to the final money by then. As they say, it will be heard before elderly judges, as yet unborn... Bill
