As you note, something tritium-doped and failed at even that. Even enhanced, they likely didn't get above 10 kilotons. Unless they tested something the size of a basketball, it was a failure. Not a complete failure, but...

No doubt our bed-wetters will panic and pretend this is a major, existential threat to our way of life.
