A lot of big-time professional investors and funds understand that this anti-trust case being reinvigorated is no joke. This thing has wheels far into the future. And MSFT's price, even at this level, is based on the assumption of smooth sailing as far as the eye can see. While even their short-term is not completely assured in terms of size of profits.

But we can debate the little details all we want here.

The big picture still is that the government is going to act to keep this company from having too much power in any one business. Just as governments have almost always done with businessmen, even those who were dukes and earls.

It boils down to the issue of sovereignty, in the very last analysis.
