sibe, good job. Now go look at what ALYD projected for FYE 1997 and see if they will be able to break even for the year ?

Add this to the latest revelation about Chase Technology and how Bob Gruder gave them Reg. S. shares to buy their half of the joint venture.

Chase was having fun dumping their shares on unsuspecting investors while at the same time adding dilution with every trade.

Never mind the fact that Chase took the huge profit that Gruder gave them (at the expense of the shareholders) and formed an alliance with another year 2000 company.

Chase still has Reg. S stock in ALYD and I am sure once the price starts to sneak back up, they will dump the rest.

We also can't forget the other 150,000 Reg. S shares that Gruder sold at $15.00 most recently.

I wonder when these guys are going to start selling their Reg. S. shares, or take short positions against them ?

I wouldn't even dream of holding any long positions in ALYD right now. I would buy on the rumors that, somehow always end up on this thread, and sell on the news EVERY TIME!!

You know as soon as the stock goes the Reg. S. stock is going to flow out.

I am looking for lots of volatility in ALYD and I will trade the options.

It might be a good practice to buy the calls on the rumors and sell them on the news and buy the puts in anticipation of the sell off that is bound to follow.

I hope you have a great Christmas.
