I have to say that when I see the crowds surrounding Trump I can't help but think about the crowds that cheered on Hitler, or George Wallace. I read a while back that Himmler's granddaughter who wrote a biography of Himmler said what upset her the most was that she could find no one in her entire clan that stood up to Hitler. What worries me as well, is that we may be underestimating Trump. Look how Hitler got to power, and Trump is sort of Hitler light. But in a more modern era, but so is Trump talking in a more modern era i.e. not as bombastic as Hitler. I found that an amazing sentence even to write-lol.
