Oh, wait; "no-fly" is not a disqualification. Thanks, NRA. While having a list is a good idea - the system needs transparency and the people should be able to check their status, why they're on the list and a simple and speedy method to challenge their status to regain their rights. Yes -Thank You NRA for challenging this obvious violation of our rights and freedoms. Socialists love secret enemies lists.
