:0) the device is only sold to certified dentists and orthodontists, and the onward pricing to patients is up to the healthcare providers, and while the company has a guidance re onward transfer price to patients, but the actual pricing is difficult to control and hard to monitor because the doctors, depending on location and traditional client base, may either charge w/i context of package price including the treatment charge, or may even not charge for the device at all (but continue to charge a relatively high treatment charge), or charge separate for the device (in which case the transfer price is transparent)
