Approximately 2.4M of 3.3M warrants were converted (according to today's S-3/A) filing. company gets approximately $12M of possible $16.5M. So now we know: about 900,000 warrants went to the trash bin. That's a $4.5 million opportunity lost due to management's poor handling of the warrant call. Flame me all you want, but IMHO they simply hung the warrant holders out to dry. They would have gotten the whole $16.5 million if they had viewed warrant holders as loyal current investors, and future investors, rather than just speculative trash. Oh well, we have covered this before... just venting one last time...
