Riley,

I suppose that DVBC is claiming that their stock is being illegally shorted??

I also imagine that they have convinced a group of "Netheads" (nothing derogatory here, I'm one too... :0) of this fact and that they have posted over 45,000+ postings on the company during the past 5 months.

Do they have a boat in Kingston Harbor as well??

Other than that relying on "straw man" arguments doesn't mean anything. We are talking about RMIL here.

We are discussing the impact that such prolific internet discussion of the company has had, namely gaining the SEC's attention.

We are discussing the fact that the company has directly fed many of the rumours floating out here about a short squeeze even though the price has declined by 75% from its highs despite that belief that almost ALL shares are in certificate form.

I know nothing of DVBC, Mork, or his reverse merger operations. I don't care to. It is not relevant even if Mork is short.

To have a short squeeze, you have to have a product (ie:stock) that buyers want to own. The half-truths and misrepresentations on the part of the officers of this company have subverted confidence in management and its abilities to do anything other than enrich themselves. Few people wanted to buy in all likelihood because they saw the company on a collision course with a SEC trading halt.

Let them get the money, answer the SEC's questions and requests for documentation and you might have something here. But be advised that mmkrs will be looking to the SEC for a "nod" on whether or not they can be allowed to reenter as market makers.

Should they reenter in the same form as existed before, then you may well have a case that there exists a short position that they will be forced to cover.

If the mmkrs don't return when trading commences once more, then look for an attractive room to wallpaper with your certificates. It will likely mean they have no compelling reason to return, ie: to cover their short positions.

Btw, MMkrs aren't stupid. They're the best and brightest of the brokerage traders. (also the most greedy and manipulative) They knew this trading halt was inevitable. Do you think they would want to come under scrutiny for illegal shorting tactics?? Maybe.. but I doubt it.

Regards,

Ron
