Nonsense. If they are they are sold illegally. Criminals don't follow the law. Never going to change that.

Nothing. You can't eliminate private sales or transfers between family members. Almost all the guns used in attacks (San Bernardino, Abu Nidal, Chattanooga, even Newtown) were bought with background checks. None of the recent attacks would have been prevented by any of Obama's new policy ideas.

At any rate, murders by gun are at all time lows. We should enforce the laws we already have (Obama isn't), get a govt which won't "walk" guns to Mexican crime syndicates (as Obama did), and leave people who commit crimes with guns locked up (Obama is freeing them).

If you want to blame someone for gun attacks, blame Obama.
