The problem with Repros was they tried to say 2nd HG is a metabolic disorder without their own studies in the NDA package to prove it, the other obstacle with 2nd HG and the FDA is that the FDA can just say if it's a metabolic disorder why give a testosterone treatment in 2nd HG when losing weight could be as effective, David Ludwig from Harvard says it's very difficult to lose weight permanently due to the activity of fat cells in maintaining a set point. Therefore changing chronic inflammation and hormonal resistance with insulin and leptin seems needed.

because; Increasing muscle mass will improve insulin resistance. But you really need the combination of testosterone and IGF-1 (coming from enhanced release of HGH) from high intensity interval training to do the trick. On the other hand, increase leucine (activating mTOR) coupled with resistance exercise will do a better job especially if you are reducing inflammation that causes insulin resistance in the first place.

I thought one of the issues with TRT was the affect on bone density.
