Toothfairy,
Why don't you put some substance into your information. Your words are mere dribble.

Dear Toothfairy: Well, MERRY CHRISTMAS to you too!!

Has anyone heard that the NMS listing for TPRO has been held uo due to
NASDAQ's scrutiny of certain insiders?"

NO, noone has heard that. Have you? If so, what is the source? Does anyone think for a moment that, even if true which I HIGHLY DOUBT, the NASDAQ would NEVER release such info. PLUS, I should REMIND everyone the SEC has ALREADY approved and I believe it is the SEC who would investigate such matters.

FINALLY, Even if on Friday morning someone announces the the Y2K business is all a hoax and no problem, TPRO would be worth, IMHO something over $5 a share (I believe 6-6.50) PURELY on base business. So that $1 business is all hocus pocus. THE ONLY reason TPRO fell so sharply last summer was because of the huge contract with big billing problems. JDN
