....yes, so far Italy has not seen the violence as elsewhere. I'd like to visit before it is too late (health reasons) for me. I have many relatives in Trentino province. Still, it's a long shot as I can't really speak Italian. In Trentino they also speak German, the further towards North towards Alto Adige (South Tirol) you go, the more do. Large parts of the Italian vocabulary is very similar to English, the joint Roman/French words, you know. /Taro
