smartin: Please excuse the intrusion however, I don't believe Riley will specifically reply to your last post. I do have a suggestion. Why not all those feeling that their stock was ruptured by others file suit for the assets of "Duke and Duke"..<G> Those that feel promoters of this stock abused them file suit for the real/imagined assets of those that they believe perpetrated a fraud or continued the line and angle of the initial actors. Remember...it is for a jury to review and make a determination. It could be very interesting.
