In case you didn't know, CANADIANS have no rights to the FTC,SEC etc.. These are only for TAX paying citizens/residents. This is information so that you don't arbitarily mail U.S govt organizations. I suggest you take your complaints to the Royal Mounted Police, or your state department equivalent!!

Re -- AMD book value..

The SEC should audit AMD's books!!

Re -- Suing for libel...

I suggest you email ALL YOUR POSTS to AMD. MANY OF THEM ARE BLATANTLY FALSE with respect to the facts.

Brian, AMD can elect to file with internal revenue for tax refund on back taxes if it chooses. and use the money to order...buy those new 300mm wafer machines. They have been choosen by Semitech/AMAT as a test Fab for the new technology as soon as it's available.
