A little Christmas carol, to be sung to the tune of "God Rest Ye Merry Gentlemen"................(I really MUST cut down on that eggnog)...

Let nothing you dismay
For it appears the time has come
for certain folks to pay,
You see, in scant five days from now
NAS-DAQ will break the news,

Our tale begins some time ago,
in January last,
Back then, our projects picked up speed,
the stock it did rise fast,
Then suddenly, out of the blue,
The VSE did call,
and the writing, yes, it was on the wall,
on-n the wall,
Oh the writ-ing, yes it was on the wall.
The VSE said "Things have changed,
you must see things our way,
You must acquire a sponsor firm,
do this without delay",
"Of course", we said, "We will oblige"
And Union joined our team,
but the end result was like a real bad dream,
like a bad dream,

For at the end of February,
Union did resign,
So Hans, said he, "I'll halt the stock,
I'll do it by design",
So then and there he pulled the plug,
And Sungold, it was froze,
and from then that was the start of still more woes,
Still more woes,

For weeks went by and months went by,
And nothing we did hear,
It seemed the only sounds we heard
were rumours based on fear,
But in the end we struck a deal,
and Merit said "OK",
And it seemed at last that things would go our way,

So Merit went to work, I'm told,
their report, it was soon done,
They took it to the VSE,
And we thought we had won,
But in the end the Howe St. boys said,
"No play on our block",
Leaving us completely in a state of shock,

But Hans and Kim and Donald H.,
they soon would re-attack,
They'd say "Bye-Bye" to Vancouver,
and "Hello" to NAS-DAQ,
And in between they'd put together
several awesome deals,
and now once again we'll see how winning feels,
how winnings feels,
and now once again we'll see how winning feels.
So now, my friends, it's come to this,
our time is almost here,
How nice that it will happen
at this special time of year,
