Jaffo, How much more conversion do you think we have ahead? I heard that about 90% of it is done. I do not know if we can take another 10% at this rate.... Anyway, I hope 98 is a breakthrough year. Happy holidays, Bob

To all: With the completion of HAAPI, do you think that had a major effect on the cash burn rate we saw in 1997 or this is part of the process of a start-up? I am trying to find any indication of insider buying at these levels? The last thing I saw an insider active was selling in the $1.50 range. At the web site NRID says that 1997 is completed and they are working on future plans. I understand that business slows down during the holiday times, but they must have a game plan in place for at least 1st qtr? Maybe Christmas will to NRID and its shareholders sometime next summer. srs
