I see what you are saying.... the USD index has not been as strontg on the chart the past month as what you hear on CNBC and see generalized in the media.... the EUR/$ has the EUR looking pretty good with a double bottom and then nice pull back averages with it probably ready to move higher... Indicies like the DAX and some top European names are more value priced than our market. Lower Crude is a bigger benefit to Europe and Japan than the US. and they don't produce except for UK and Norway.
