It's a law from (I think) 1934 or 1940...

I believe its called something like the Fair Trade and Pricing Act. Basically, it was created to prevent railroads from giving cut-rut pricing to certain customers and not others. There is a pretty big loop-hole though...

TRKN could give a substantially different price based upon even slight differences in the contract. Nevertheless the point is still valid.

Zeev, the 30MM covered the MORI and Forcefill technology....from talking to TRKN....the deal was a package deal with no indication of how much was paid for each technology.
