<ADVR had done a Reg S and the Foreign Bank had an option to
convert at 70% at the closing price after the restricted period ended. Well sure enough the shorts drove ADVR down from .30 to .16 and amazingly the Bank converted (per SEC documents) at .11>
Now there was a recipe for disaster-and I guess Mike and s. were responsible for forcing the company to issue a Reg S at 70%
conversion. ROFL!! amazingly the Bank converted ROFLMAO-it only gets better..DD
PS<The SEC should crack down on all this illegal naked shorting.> or maybe idiots who would invest(before the stock tanked<g>) in a company which made this type of a placement.
