Mario, The market knows all of these factors that you have stated. TRID announced Tuesday that revenues would fall 30% and stock fell 13% to book value. Not that bad. S3 is less than book value. I expect very big loss in the quarter and next quarter and possibly the following quarter. I expect revenues will fall 30%. From the news I'm hearing from Oracle, TRID, etc. a number of high quality tech stocks may be in for a bigger fall than S3. There is a lot of fear in tech stocks at the present because of Asia. Investing in this stock is not for the faint heart. At this level, you will either loss 10-20% or double your money in one year. Each investor has to understand their own risk/return trade-off. Apparently, at one time you believed S3 was a good investment at $10. How did you miss by so much?
