Mark: A+ on your post. I guess this shows investors are or were extremelly optimistic. They have to see the S... hit their face before they run away. This bahavior provides excellent opportinities for shorts that are smart enough to see about 25 ft. ahead of others when fog prevails.

Mark,
Release on PR newswire appears to be from the law firm. The notice seems to be an effort to find other shareholders in the class. This is an old suit that I found a little puzzling when it was filed. The class members have had ample opportunity to sell the stock at a profit since the suit was filed. There didn't seem to be much chance for the suit when the price of the stock was higher and the class wasn't harmed. If you were a member of the class and had an opportunity to sell out would you still be in the stock? The price was up in the $40's during the time of the suit. Aparently the stockholder filing the suit received her stock in a swap deal so tax considerations and $millions are involved so it makes sense to reactivitate the suit now that the price is tanking. Too bad the company may not be around when the suit finally makes it to court so the company insiders will have to pay the judgement if they stay within the boundries of the court jurestiction.
