Where is the working model of your barrel of electrons in a car capacitor? Pie in the Sky is not doable. A 7SSS is much more doable, right now, with existing technology, no wishful thinking required. Pull out one battery, push in the other. Simple. 7 seconds. Back up to 130 kph in 4 seconds. Where have you been the last few years? Supercaps are already being used in a couple pure electric cars and pure electric buses to recapture braking energy. Your seven second battery doesn't even exist. LOL! You need to stick with your rice bucket that leaks oil and pollutes the environment everywhere... :)
