Yeah.

You hear about lawsuits once in a while in the news. About Hedge Funds being caught with the hands in the cookie jar. I can't say for sure that this has not happened here. But all we have is conjectures about what might have happened. We really have no proof of anything and no guilty party. All we have is who ended up benefiting ( at this point ) from the circumstances.

Well, I am convinced that there were some shenanigans going on as it all fits together too neatly. The 8K mentions certain other investors, maybe that was their prize for keeping the share price <$1.

BTW, the other investors are Aspire Capital. As far as who went into this deal with Sarissa to buy the Direct Offering goes.
