my main puter has been frozen for past 12 hours...black screen, light in front is flashing showing activity, mouse works, got win 8.

Is this forcing a win10 download? If so, how long does it take? If so, Ron has posted to .decline authority to stop reoccurance.

If so, what is learning curve for an 80 yr old? I had wanted to stayu with win8

currently using a netbook XP to post this

help please
