Hi chief, I think I'll put this next to my copy of Joannes "Bottom Spotter " chart : The four-week moving average of neutral and bearish respondents hit 77%, which tied with the week of March 12, 2009 -- coinciding with the post-financial-crisis bottom, just before stocks went on a long-term run higher. Prior to that, you'd have to go back to February 2003 (also 77%), Prybal said. The all-time high of this moving average occurred in the late 1980s/early 1990s, right around 80%. Bob
