I don't think his computer is Windows 10 compatible. Only way to know is to check with Toshiba, I know in Canada you can check on their website, you put your model number in and it tells you. I am running Windows 10 on a not compatible computer and I have a pile of problems with it. I need drivers, but Toshiba said they are not issuing drivers for my computers.
