Maybe back in 2008 or 2009 I would have. Not so the past five years with ZIRP to infinity and asset bubbles once again leaving them no choice in the game of GDP growth and over consumption to condense this cycle from the typical 18 or so years peak to peak.. Total GOP control insures this happening even faster. Game on time to cash out in Trumps new world where all RE prices going Manhattan sized...
